Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless alignment of physical and systems flows of goods, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Efficiently manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accurate putaway and storage of goods within the facility.
  • Picking and Line Feeding: Coordinate picking and line feeding activities to meet production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Shipping Operations: Oversee packing processes while maintaining quality standards, and organize and execute shipping operations in compliance with legal and company regulations.
  • Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure system data accuracy, and implement materials handling best practices to optimize warehouse space and resources.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Align physical flows of goods with system data to maintain inventory integrity, and identify and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience or understanding of materials handling and inventory management, knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, storage, and distribution.
  • Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
