Role Overview

As a Luxury Client Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clients in-store. You will work closely with sales staff to identify opportunities to drive business growth through client outreach initiatives.

About the Position:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients in-store.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth through client outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales staff to provide guidance and support on client relationship activities.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of clienteling strategy.

Requirements and Skills:

Luxury retail experience is preferred. Strong technical attitude and digital mindset. Languages: Arabic, English is mandatory. Client centric attitude, problem solving, flexibility, empathy, energy.
