About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager and drive strategic growth through building and expanding a successful Channel Partner Program.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English and experience driving B2B sales in corporate services companies in KSA.
  • You will have the freedom to learn on the job and upskill with our Academy courses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Channel Partner Program to generate a consistent stream of enterprise leads, referrals, and deals for the firm.
  • Manage all leads and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present them with tailored proposals.
  • Sign up partners to meet business goals including lead referral and service provision for the client network.
  • Engage in cold outreach to prospective clients, leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
  • Identify target companies, sectors, and countries for most efficient lead generation.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of companies looking to expand and grow in KSA and advise accordingly.
  • Develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Research and implement new target market initiatives.
  • Attend conferences and industry events.
  • Plan client activation events.
  • Assess documentation and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
  • Maintain CRM systems updated with accurate client data.
  • Oversee cash collection for initial invoices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to feed back on positioning and messaging.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare regular reports.
