Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Project Manager to work on our Project Management Office (PMO) supporting and implementing Alnafitha's solutions portfolio.
We're a team of technology-driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management, sales, and business development.
Main Responsibilities:- Contract Validation: Validate the contract, RFP, technical proposal, and the profitability matrix on the CRM.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Project Scope Definition: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Project Phase Identification: Identify project phases, stages, and activities and upload them on the project tool.
- Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Project Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Reporting: Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Client Meetings: Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Communication Management: Control the project communication between all stakeholders and documents.
- Performance Tracking: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals based on the KPI.
- Budgetary Objectives: Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Project Plans: Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Leadership Development: Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Training and Conferences: Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Closure Report: Validate the project deliverables with the client per each phase in the project and get the milestones acceptance.
