About the Position

Sensys Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Operations Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting Industrial Digitalization Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data center operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with hands-on expertise in data center hardware, networking equipment, and virtualization technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing the health of data center infrastructure, performing regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards and security protocols, and collaborating with vendors for warranty repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

You will also be responsible for maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity systems, monitoring resource usage, and assisting in capacity planning to ensure our data center meets future growth needs. Furthermore, you will recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability, and ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry standards.
