About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team in MENA. As a key member of our Key Account Management team, you will be responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding selection on the platform, and improving retention among our existing Seller base.
As a Sales Development Executive, you will create innovative ways to identify new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities through partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Fulfillment by Amazon, Sponsored Products, etc. You will leverage key learning/feedback to improve the Amazon platform that will benefit all Sellers.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Account Management program, driving success for some of our high-performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Driving sales growth and expanding selection on the platform.
- Improving retention among our existing Seller base.
- Conducting deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance to highlight opportunities for increasing sales.
- Analyzing territory trends, diagnosing root causes of performance, and creating actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Defining the territory, opportunities, and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identifying key business opportunities for the territory and managing toward a growth plan.
- Implementing account management best practices.
