Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively driving sales through sub-dealer engagement
- Achieving individual and sub-dealer sales volume targets (wholesales and retails)
- Identifying and implementing strategies to increase market share
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sub-dealers.
Responsibilities also include:
- Strengthening relationships to enhance engagement and performance
- Addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Assisting sub-dealers in setting and achieving sales targets
- Ensuring efficient order placements and sales pipeline management
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying improvement areas
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Dealer Sales Consultant will also be required to work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Aftersales, CRM, Finance, and Government Affairs.
