About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team and drive growth in the facilities services sector. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities within this exciting and dynamic market.
You will work closely with corporate clients, property managers, and key decision-makers to build and maintain strong relationships, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. A strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics is also essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential clients
- Promote and present facility management solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding the client base
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, construction, real estate, or related industries
- Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
