Job Description

Promote and sell Imdad's products to new and existing customers by regularly visiting them and providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a consultative sales approach with clients to identify or create needs for Imdad products, ensuring they are informed about product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Schedule appointments with existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and explore opportunities.
  • Develop and generate new business accounts with clients.
  • Deliver professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services at customer sites, utilizing negotiation and sales closure techniques.
  • Provide essential information about new prospects and clients, including ownership, working physicians, relevant equipment, and status, updating the customer database with contact details.
  • Submit timely weekly reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Support in following up on accounts receivable for sales accounts responsible for.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and customer personnel, striving to enhance these connections.
  • Effectively utilize company sales aids and marketing data to secure deals.
  • Attend conferences and workshops effectively.
  • Provide professional in-service training for customer end-users on system applications.
  • Stay aware of market activities, competitor pricing changes, and other relevant events.
