About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subscription Renewal Representative to join our team, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales performance, with a strong focus on renewal and upsell opportunities. They will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance on Informatica's products and services, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN RENEWALS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE.
  2. ABILITIES TO MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  3. STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF DATA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN REAL-WORLD BUSINESS SCENARIOS.
