Sales and Business Growth Specialist

RP International is a leading provider of IT services and consulting. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic planning and relationship-building.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee assigned accounts and develop strategic plans to drive growth and renewal.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Utilize sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
Sales Strategies: The candidate will utilize various sales strategies to establish account strategies with key stakeholders, minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts, and effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Client Expectations: The Account Manager will take ownership of the commercial agreement for each client and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the buying process.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-oriented solutions and services.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar contact platforms.
