Customer Service Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and bell/valet staff, ensuring all established front office and hotel policies are followed.
You will provide exceptional customer service to guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
A successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar leadership role, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and a degree or diploma in hospitality management.
You will enjoy working in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development within the hotel or hospitality industry.
