Customer Service Lead

As a key member of the J&J Family of Companies, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute processes that meet customer needs
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and quality teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in management positions
- Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
