We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Oracle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our enterprise accounts by providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying our technology and applications to client businesses.
You will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activities to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, you will focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Expertise in Construction Management, Portfolio Management, and Collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Cost Control, Contract Management, Document Control, and Project Collaboration
- Scheduling techniques and tools
- Data Analytic and Business Intelligence tools and techniques
- Building Information Modeling knowledge and experience
- Designing and implementing project management information systems
- PMO Setup and Operation, Project Management Best Practices, Strategic Planning and Execution
- AACE, PMI, and/or Prince2 Certifications
- Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution from initial contact through product demonstration to close in addition to drafting RFP responses
