Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Support: Provide effective and efficient processing support for custody trade operations.
  • Instrument Support: Provide processing support and efficient process delivery across different types of instruments, including equity, government securities, and corporate bonds.
  • Error-Free Operations: Execute error-free operations and identify any exceptions that may arise during pre-trade activity, trade capture, affirmation, brokerage, and settlement.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT Messaging: Possess knowledge of SWIFT messaging and its application in securities operations.
  • Supervision and Client Communication: Provide first-level supervision in the day-to-day management of business deliverables and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Policies and Procedures: Comply with firm's policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders, including internal and external market participants.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • CMA Certification: Hold a qualified CMA certification.
  • Trade Settlement Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of trade settlement custody experience in KSA.
  • KSA Tadawul Systems: Possess operating knowledge and a good understanding of KSA Tadawul systems.
  • Time Management and Integrity: Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines, while displaying high levels of integrity and operating on the basis of open and honest interaction.
  • MS-Office Proficiency: Possess knowledge of MS-Office, with proficiency in MS-Excel.
