Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in performance and serve as the primary liaison between the agency and our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies and client needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of media plans for clients across various industries.
  2. Work with the reporting manager to take into account both the client's and the agency's key performance indicators.
  3. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, translating strategies into innovative media, and working well under pressure.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
  5. Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
  6. Build a strong rapport with clients and business partners.
  7. Mentor and guide junior planning team members.
  8. Ensure quality control for all media planning.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of media planning and/or buying experience, with at least three years of online experience, is required. Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning executives is also essential.
