About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Saudi female candidate to lead our business development efforts in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Business Growth Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive business growth within the GCC region, identifying opportunities to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.
  • Cultivating Client Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for business development, utilizing insights to devise targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance and Achievement: Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities, developing compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • A Saudi female candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales within the GCC Recruitment/Staffing Industry or relevant service sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the Bahraini and GCC market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing sales teams or projects.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
