Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement contracts management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ExPRO standards.
  2. Assess the capability of company's existing contracts staff and assign appropriate roles and responsibilities.
  3. Lead the contracts management department knowledge transfer program, providing comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge and skills.
  4. Support the company in the negotiation of proposals to meet project objectives and ensure adherence to company and ExPRO policies and procedures.
  5. Manage all changes to contract terms and conditions in accordance with those terms.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Science, or Operations).
  • Secondary qualification in legal or contract management is desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts departments with an FM consultant.
  • Excellent understanding of FM & AM, operations, maintenance, Asset Management, Facility Management, and legal requirements.
  • Proven experience in procurement contracts and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology.
  • Prior experience in RFP/Tender process.
  • Good attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good organization skills.
  • Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form.
