  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and compensation.
  • Support the development and implementation of organization-wide initiatives, including talent development, talent acquisition, workforce support, and total rewards.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate HR data and provide insights and analytics to inform business decisions.

  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional working level in English and Arabic.
  • 6-10 years of HR generalist experience in the Middle East region, with a focus on talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of Arabic Labor Law and experience with HR projects, particularly in setting up HR frameworks in new countries or regions.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Team player with a willingness to travel and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
