Main Responsibilities
  • Spearhead new business development initiatives, leveraging your professional network and industry expertise.
  • Nurture and expand existing customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
  • Analyze client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the continued growth and success of the company.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales pitches, securing lucrative deals and contracts.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement sales plans, promotional campaigns, and other business initiatives.
  • Represent Hirz International at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, promoting our brand and values.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and cultures.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to think strategically and resolve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends, with a deep understanding of local customs and business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using data analytics tools to inform sales strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
