Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
  2. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with a proven track record of delivering commercial services in a global construction consultancy.
  3. Pre and post-contract experience, with a strong understanding of contractual matters and commercial management.
  4. Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
