Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site inspections to gather valuable insights.

  3. Build price models using productivity standards from BICS and SF20, providing accurate and reliable data.
  4. Benchmark commercial proposals against industry standards.
  5. Support the writing of technical proposals, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
  6. Define the scope of work for subcontractors for tender quotations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  7. Identify and price contract risk, including SLA/KPI, Insurance, and Performance Bonds.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables is mandatory.
  • The ability to support the writing of technical proposals is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with building price models using productivity standards from BICS and SF20 are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Ability to define the scope of work for subcontractors for tender quotations is necessary.
  • Experience in pricing contract risk, including SLA/KPI, Insurance, is advantageous.
