The client is a government authority contributing to the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage, review, and draft all relevant contracts and legal documentation, assessing legal implications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure favorable contract terms and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence for potential new business opportunities to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement departmental KPIs and annual operational plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the department's annual budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • 6 years of legal experience, with a strong background in contract management.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in private practice is highly desirable.

AED 40,000 - AED 45,000 per month (AED 480,000 - AED 540,000 per year).
