The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our store teams to achieve sales targets, maintaining brand and company image, and ensuring operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
    • Take ownership of customer complaints and concerns, addressing them in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Coach and mentor store teams to enhance customer service levels through brand and product knowledge.
    • Assess team performance against set key criteria to strengthen team skills.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Drive sales and strive to enhance business, ensuring set KPI targets are met.
    • Create innovative approaches to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
    • Track brand performance, reviewing stock levels and monitoring best sellers and slow-moving stock.
    • Identify key causes of underperformance and drive action plans to respond accordingly.
    • Provide critical analytical feedback to the Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments.
    • Take full commercial accountability and responsibility for stock loss.

    • Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes, including cash intake and cash handling.
    • Ensure store inventory is controlled, and adequate security exists.
    • Ensure all company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are adhered to.
    • Deliver and review in-store duties, including cleaning procedures and pre-opening inspections.
