Parts Sales Expert

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Parts Sales Expert to join our expanding parts department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide timely and accurate support to customers at the parts sales counter, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Parts Identification: Use parts catalogues to identify correct part numbers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure all sold parts meet high quality standards, minimizing returns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Order and Back-Order Management: Follow up on back-orders, keeping customers informed and ensuring timely delivery.
- Sales Order Processing: Process quotations, sales orders, returns, warranties, and customer discounts according to company policies and procedures.
- P&L and Business Development: Contribute to the department's profit and loss (P&L), focusing on increasing parts sales and maximizing profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with the Aftermarket Sales Executive to ensure consistent follow-ups.
