As a Parts Counter Sales Representative at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the parts sales counter. Your primary goal is to assist customers with accurate and timely parts support for all brands represented by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Attend to customers at the parts sales counter, responding to their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Parts Identification: Utilize parts catalogues to identify correct part numbers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.
  3. Quality Control: Inspect parts sold to ensure they are in serviceable condition and suitable for intended use, minimizing returns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Order and Back-Order Management: Follow up on back-orders, keeping customers informed of delivery status and ensuring on-time delivery.
  5. Sales Order Processing: Process quotations, sales orders, returns, warranties, and customer discounts according to company policies and standard operating procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the parts team and other departments.
