Sales Executive for Commercial Buildings

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive for Commercial Buildings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in building strategic relationships with key accounts.

About the Role
  • Promote our Vertical Market Approach to drive business growth.
  • Plan and execute marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions, factory visits, product launches.
  • Build strategic relationships with allocated accounts within a dedicated country/region.
  • Monitor the project pipeline of direct accounts closely and assist in deals closing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and monitor action plans for each account to implement growth initiatives.
  • Set yearly targets for each account and be accountable for achieving goals.
  • Own the numbers through accurate forecasting and reporting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, as well as experience with CRM software like Sales force.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Preferably mechanical or industrial)
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the pumping systems of firefighting, plumbing and HVAC applications, with exposure to sales/marketing/distributors, preferably in an engineering/process control environment.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Sales force or similar CRM experience
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of a second language is preferred but not mandatory
