Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for scouting and acquiring new accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing existing relationships to drive business growth on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Develop and maintain a repository of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  3. Manage existing accounts, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with key accounts to increase noon's share of their overall business.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for promotional and marketing activities.
Requirements
  1. Less than 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills, with a strong team player mentality.
  3. Proven track record of delivering output metrics and meeting targets.
  4. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  5. Superlative ownership, bias for action, humility, and high ethical standards.
