Job Summary

The Controller of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of sales and marketing operations. This includes providing financial/economic analysis to facilitate optimal use of commercial and marketing resources, leading to sustainable growth.

This position is responsible for ensuring that sales and marketing operations adhere to financial, legal requirements, and Nestlé accounting practices. The Controller of Sales and Marketing will participate in the development of customer and channel strategies and follow through on all elements of commercial execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing financial models to support sales and marketing decisions
  2. Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  4. Providing financial guidance and support to sales and marketing teams
  5. Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with sales and marketing operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Prior experience in controlling preferably sales
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience preferably with experience in sales and marketing area
  • Proficiency in English and language of the market where applicable
  • Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders
  • MS Office expertise
