We are seeking a seasoned Business Support Engineer to join our team in KSA. As a key member, you will ensure the continuity of our systems by actively monitoring their health and stability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring system components for potential errors and failures
  • Providing technical support to Customer Support agents
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems or identifying root causes
  • Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of issues and incidents

You will work closely with the operations team to prioritize and handle issues within specified SLA response times.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6-8 years of experience in a technical support and administration role, preferably with blue chip companies in industries such as insurance, banking, management, or technical consulting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good command of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, and T-SQL

Familiarity with tools used for troubleshooting and testing such as Postman, SOAP UI, Telnet, Notepad++, and other similar tools

Very good knowledge of Windows Server OS and tools used for administration within the operating system, such as MMC, IIS, CMD, Regedit, Event Viewer, and other similar tools

Basic knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP/HTTPS protocols

Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and data analysis
