Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Trust Group for Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recruitment services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
  2. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity, including developing and implementing new procedures and policies.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational performance, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
