About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team at KaarTech, driving business growth and expansion across various territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and managing effective relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the public sector.
  • Analyze territory and market potentials through account planning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs (SAP) for a healthy pipeline.
  • Guide and support the sales team for better navigation within strategic accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably dealing with the Public Sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of achievements.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or business.
  • Well-connected across the industry sector with thorough knowledge about all business segments.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer engagements across Saudi Arabia.
