Job Description

This role plays a vital part in supporting the development and implementation of effective document control processes at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish Effective Document Control Processes: Assist in developing and refining document control procedures and workflows to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  2. Document Classification and Filing: Organize, classify, and file project-related documents to facilitate easy retrieval and access.
  3. Timely Distribution: Monitor document progress and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow.
  4. Document Control System: Maintain a centralized document control system and ensure its efficient functioning to support business operations.
  5. Documentation Accuracy: Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  6. Project Team Support: Support project teams in obtaining necessary documentation and resources to facilitate their work.
  7. Document Control Audits: Conduct regular audits of document controls to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Staff Training: Provide training and support to staff on document control practices and tools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  9. Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to streamline document management processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in document control or administration, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.
  • Understanding of document control principles, processes, and software.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
