Job Title: Computer-Aided Facility Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer-Aided Facility Management Specialist to join our team at Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-9 years of experience in the related field and a strong background in facilities management, computer-aided systems, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of CAFM systems, including FSI Go portal and in-depth support.
  • Collaborate with the CAFM Manager to document and implement CAFM policies.
  • Design and develop CAFM training modules and training plans.
  • Administer CAFM systems, FSI Go subscriptions, and billing.
  • Closely coordinate with vendor support teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage MDM solutions, accounts, and permissions to ensure compliance.
  • Review and upload PPM plans in coordination with service stream managers and service partners.
  • Design custom reports using Crystal Reports and Performance Dashboards via Power BI and Concept widgets.
  • Develop and recommend Concept workflows and customizations for operational efficiency.
  • Provide backend support for CAFM system servers, including IIS Server application pools, SSL installation, database maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the ICT team in designing SharePoint forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate related to CAFM.
  • Manage user accounts, create roles, and assign permissions for the CAFM system.
  • Attend client and internal meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, management, or equivalent.
  • Technical certification in the related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Server Management, IIS, MS SQL, VB, Crystal Reports, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of API formats, such as SOAP and REST.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

A minimum of 3-9 years of experience in the related field is required.
