About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LikeCard. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target fin-tech companies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business objectives and exceed quarterly targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target fin-tech companies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business objectives and exceed quarterly targets.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing business development strategies and tactics.
  5. Plan and execute virtual and live conferences to engage with potential partners and promote LikeCard's brand.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development and partnership management within the fin-tech industry.
  • A deep understanding of the regional market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
