Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the outsourcing, recruitment, IT, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales engagement software.
