Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning of requested rooms.
- Handle all guest correspondence and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Make courtesy calls to VIPs, long-stay guests, and corporate clients to gather feedback and proactively address any service lapses.
- Team Leadership
- Interview, select, and recruit Front Office staff.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules, considering anticipated business, operating budgets, and service standards.
Main Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
