About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project development department, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our BESS projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the techno-commercial aspects of these projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for optimizing technical configurations and improving bid competitiveness;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including CTO office, VP techno-commercial Lead, and other departments, to review and amend project documents as needed;
- Assist in preparing Bid Assumption books, appointing advisors, approaching subcontractors and suppliers, and reviewing performances and guarantees sections;
- Manage commercial issues with EPC contractors, clients, lenders, and insurers;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred;
- 8-11 years' experience in project development and contract negotiation for large EPC companies in the BESS sector;
- Strong knowledge of techno-commercial aspects of BESS, including optimization and system simulation;
- Excellent technical and commercial skills;
- Ability to conduct frequent travel;
