Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with expertise in managing VMware and Windows environments. As an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they should possess strong skills in Windows server administration, including deployment, maintenance, and security.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability;
  • Overseeing Windows server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams on VMware and Windows-related issues;
  • Implementing and managing security measures to protect the infrastructure from potential threats;
  • Monitoring system performance and conducting regular maintenance to prevent downtime;
  • Collaborating with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial systems;
  • Working closely with the Devices / SPM team to support device management and software provisioning;
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures;
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies;
  • Participating in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity;
  • Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities;
  • Providing training and support to junior team members on VMware and Windows administration;
Requirements
  • Possess strong experience in VMware administration and Windows administration;
  • Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting domain;
  • Demonstrate expertise in Devices / SPM management;
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Show proficiency in implementing and managing security measures;
  • Have experience in conducting system performance monitoring and maintenance;
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Be capable of developing and maintaining detailed documentation;
  • Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution;
  • Be able to evaluate and implement new technologies effectively;
  • Possess the ability to train and support junior team members;
  • Show a commitment to ensuring compliance with industry standards;
  • Demonstrate the ability to resolve technical issues promptly;

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
