About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the family medicine/primary health care team, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. They will implement best practices, collaborate with other medical professionals, oversee training and development, and drive research initiatives to ensure top-quality primary care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in this area of medicine.
  • Offer consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Actively participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in their area of expertise.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in Family Medicine.
  • Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
  • Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

  • Min. 5 years Post Board/Fellowship in Family Medicine.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is **SRD 80,000 - SRD 120,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
