We are now seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Senior Marketing Executive Cardiovascular in our KSA and Gulf Countries operations.

About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase our cardiovascular products' unique value proposition in the KSA and Gulf regions. Your expertise will guide us in creating impactful campaigns that reach our target audience, drive engagement, and ultimately, boost sales.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Research, to ensure seamless integration and optimized resource allocation. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform our business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with the Access Team to ensure timely access, favorable pricing, and reimbursement situations.

  • Develop and execute pre-launch and launch plans for Camzyos in Gulf countries and uptake in KSA.

  • Maintain a high level of disease, product, and indication knowledge, as well as competitor products.

  • Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the Life Cycle Plan and deliver specific actions/programs to support prioritized business opportunities.

  • Train and develop the field team on product/competitor knowledge and differentiation messages to customers.

  • Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and Bristol Myers Squibb's Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field.

  • Business School degree or MBA preferred.

  • At least 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in specialized therapeutic areas, with at least 3 years in marketing.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in launching and commercializing product(s) with high integrity, focusing on execution.

  • Able to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategic and tactical plans, with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales and reasonable knowledge of field medical and access fundamentals.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively.

  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior management and Global Brand Team.

  • Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly, absorbing new concepts, analyzing data, and making effective decisions.

  • Broad and in-depth understanding of local and regional challenges relative to the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demonstrated use of communication and change management strategies/tactics to influence new ways of thinking and working.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and forecasting skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, able to create energy and excitement.

  • Knowledge of financial principles and how to manage budgets, control expenses, and manage product performance.

  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

  • Traveling is required.
