This role involves driving revenue growth through exhibition stands, sponsorship, and branding opportunities for well-established brands. The key responsibilities include achieving sales targets for exhibition stands and sponsorship packages, collaborating with the Event Director to manage overseas sales agents, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • To be fully accountable for achieving sales targets for exhibition stands and sponsorship packages.">
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorships in line with set targets to ensure revenue goals are met.">
  • Collaborate with the Event Director to support the management of overseas sales agents who sell exhibition stands and sponsorship, aiming to achieve agreed sales targets.">
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.">
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress.">
  • Provide weekly reports to the Event Director detailing activities and forecasts.">
  • Regularly review competitive publications and exhibitions to identify new leads and maximize sales opportunities.">
  • Maintain regular contact with current and potential clients to develop new business.">
  • Develop relationships with associations and organizations to maintain/gain support in relevant industries.">
  • Visit exhibitions and other events to contact current clients and develop relations with potential clients.">
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through organic growth and product development to maximize revenue.">
  • Establish substantial relationships throughout the market to stay informed about new business/acquisition opportunities.">
  • Work closely with the Event Director and Marketing Manager to develop a marketing strategy to attract exhibitors and attendees.">
  • Collaborate with the accounts department in collections due for exhibitor sales.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience.">
  • Prior relevant experience in the events/exhibitions industry is advantageous.">
  • Familiarity with selling construction products/services is beneficial.">
  • Experience in the Middle East market is essential.">
  • Arabic speaker is required.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and partners across various mediums.">
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and ability to take ownership and responsibility to deliver excellent outcomes.">
  • Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as motivational tools to hit and exceed targets.">
  • Adaptable and collaborative nature, working with colleagues across the team.">
