This critical role is focused on driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Fluke's New Product Introductions (NPIs) across the assigned EMEA territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned bookings and revenue targets by identifying prospects, expanding customer relationships, and driving market adoption of Fluke's test and measurement solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Accountability & Revenue Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting both new prospects and existing customers.
- Promoting NPIs in the Market:
- Drive the introduction and adoption of NPIs, promoting their value to existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to position NPIs effectively.
- Territory Management & Customer Engagement:
- Develop a territory plan to increase Fluke's market penetration and acquire new customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor for Fluke's portfolio.
- Sales Accountability & Revenue Growth:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills:
- 7-10 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record.
- Languages: proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Acumen:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of test and measurement tools and software-based solutions.

- Sales-Driven: Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Customer-Focused: Deep understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prospecting & NPI Leadership: Strong track record of identifying new business opportunities.
