Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with local providers (Telecom, hardware, software)
  • Collaborating with central IT (infra & support) teams
  • Designing and deploying new infrastructures (Network equipment, local servers)
  • Testing, validating, and deploying new features/solutions and updates on PCs, servers, and network equipment
  • Installation (masterization) of new PCs following the procedure provided by the central IT department
  • Providing first-level support and assistance to users for their requests and incidents (account management, data transfer, computers & software installation, etc.)
  • Assisting users in using and configuring common software (O365 suite, PDF, Windows tools, etc.)
  • Helping local management to test and assess new software related to their activities
  • Diagnosing hardware issues and liaising with local providers
  • Managing the stock of hardware, particularly the PCs
  • Keeping and updating the inventory of local assets
  • Reporting interventions and issues to the central IT support responsible

Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum experience: 5 years in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of network equipment (firewall, switch, access point) wiring, management, and configuration
  • Good knowledge of Windows server & workstation configurations
  • Good knowledge of active directory management
  • Advanced knowledge of PC management (software installation, user assistance for using O365 tools, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach, and user satisfaction
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Demonstrates understanding or keen interest in the latest technologies
  • English: Fluent
