Sales and Business Development Leader

**Job Description:**
Olayan Saudi Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Leader to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's regional channels model, managing opportunities with channel partners, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model and goals.
- Design and implement a regional channel strategy that aligns with the company's expansion plans.
- Work closely with Channel business Managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow Indirect revenue and surpass Direct sales revenue in SXL.
- Monitor sales trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance Partner knowledge and skills.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
