About the Role:

Xad Tech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Saudi market.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
  2. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners. Foster partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and government bodies.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5-10 years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in KSA.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and key industries.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with KSA government regulations and licensing processes.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
