Corporate Research and Investigations Limited (CRI Group) is a leading provider of corporate research and investigation services. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to CRI Group's regional business requirements and niche target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with CRI Group's overall business objectives, focusing on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
    • Tailor digital marketing strategies that align with the local market's needs and cultural context, focusing on Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to refine marketing approaches.
    • Leverage an understanding of Arabic or work closely with Arabic-speaking team members or external consultants to ensure digital content's accuracy and cultural alignment.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Work with CRI Group's global and regional teams to localize global campaigns, ensuring they are adapted in tone, language, and target audience preferences for the Saudi Arabian market.
    • Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, focusing on generating leads that convert into tangible business opportunities.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • SEO & Content Marketing:
    • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for optimizing CRI Group's content and improving search rankings for key services like EmploySmartTM and 3PRMTM.
    • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to enhance the online visibility of CRI Group's specialized services.
    • Create and manage content calendars, producing high-quality, targeted content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools.
    • Create performance reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination:
    • Develop an integrated cross-channel marketing plan to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Expertise using digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO tools (Moz, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful paid campaigns (PPC, display, social).
  • Proficiency in managing cross-channel marketing initiatives and experience with multi-region campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is SR 15,000 - SR 20,000 per month, depending on experience.
