Product Sales Strategist

About the Role:
As a Product Sales Strategist at Caliberly, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pre-sales product knowledge and solutions to support sales teams in closing deals and achieving sales goals.
- Identify and analyse business opportunities by researching prospects and sales leads to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information to inform sales strategies.
- Support the salesforce and lead the technical aspect of the selling process, including developing and conducting professional product presentations and demonstrations.
- Increase sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and providing high-quality sales support.
- Carry out tender responses, answer and expand on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure all sales documentation and collateral is up-to-date and effective.
- Provide cost-effective, resilient, innovative, and reliable solutions based on the most appropriate and latest technologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Keep yourself up-to-date on the latest technologies and products in the market and be the go-to internal technical resource for the team.
- Engage customers primarily for all Pre-sales technical matters, use your in-depth product knowledge and technical skills to suggest and potentially develop product solutions for prospects, and act with urgency and precision to give users best-in-class pre-sales support.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have any graduate/post-graduate degree with a minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to communicate and present effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation and selling skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
