About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall customer adoption of partners across the Enterprise segment.

Your primary focus will be on establishing and growing business and technical relationships with both customers and partners, while managing day-to-day partner sales interactions. You will work closely with AWS' Consulting and Technology partners, as well as AWS field sales, solution architects, and the AWS Marketplace team to ensure our customers' needs are effectively addressed by partners or through partner solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of partners.
  2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Managing and executing sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression.
  5. Providing sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders, including field sales, solution architects, and the AWS Marketplace team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer adoption. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in engaging and influencing C-level executives and strong familiarity with decision-making processes in a customer and partner enterprise environment.
  2. Strong sales and commercial acumen with a desire to coordinate field teams to develop and close high-profile partner deals.
  3. Experience of direct and partner sales or business development within the Software / SaaS/ Cloud or Telco markets.
  4. Experience working with diverse and complex partner networks including GSI's, ISV's, and Distributors.
  5. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management, operations, account management teams, legal, finance, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 10 years of relevant work experience in commercial roles/sales management in the IT industry in South Africa.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Experience with AWS or similar cloud services.
