Strategic Cloud Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to expand Advansys within defined territories, incorporating target industries, customers, and expected revenue projections.
- Lead sales performance and contribute to budget discussions with accurate forecasting inputs.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to maximize success rates across all opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide insights on customer needs and market awareness.
- Maintain competitor intelligence to ensure awareness of competition strengths, weaknesses, and positioning strategies.
- Promote the highest customer retention rate and engagement by acting as a trusted advocate.
- Drive the development of commercial proposals that meet customer needs.
- Create compelling business cases and support the sales team in prospecting and proposal efforts.
- Cultivate vertical knowledge and expertise to establish trust with customers as their primary advisors.
- Bachelor's degree required; preference given to technical degrees.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is expected.
- Technical background preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
- Proven experience in a technical discipline aligning with Advansys' diverse business solutions and market demands is essential.
