Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to expand Advansys within defined territories, incorporating target industries, customers, and expected revenue projections.
  2. Lead sales performance and contribute to budget discussions with accurate forecasting inputs.
  3. Negotiate effectively with customers to maximize success rates across all opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide insights on customer needs and market awareness.
  5. Maintain competitor intelligence to ensure awareness of competition strengths, weaknesses, and positioning strategies.
  6. Promote the highest customer retention rate and engagement by acting as a trusted advocate.
  7. Drive the development of commercial proposals that meet customer needs.
  8. Create compelling business cases and support the sales team in prospecting and proposal efforts.
  9. Cultivate vertical knowledge and expertise to establish trust with customers as their primary advisors.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree required; preference given to technical degrees.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is expected.
  3. Technical background preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
  4. Proven experience in a technical discipline aligning with Advansys' diverse business solutions and market demands is essential.
